We offer two types of catering. Our Taco Bars/Buffets are perfect for parties and weddings, while our Display Boxes with individually wrapped tacos are ideal for office meetings, group lunches, and more.

START YOUR CATERING ORDER

To schedule your catering order, click the 'START YOUR CATERING ORDER' button above and follow these seven simple steps.

1) Select 'Delivery' or 'Pickup'

2) Select your 'Desired Date'

3) Select your 'Desired Time' (the available menu based on your time selection will appear)

4) Decide between a Taco Bar (AKA Self-Serve Buffet) or a Display Box with individually wrapped and labeled tacos.

5) Select items and add them to the cart 

6) Complete the checkout process and submit your payment

7) Receive your confirmation email

Catering & Pre-Order FAQs



Catering & Pre-Order Availability

We recommend placing all catering and pre-orders as early as possible to increase the likelihood of getting your desired day and time. Certain peak times may not be available, but we will do our best to accommodate as many catering and pre-order requests as possible.  


Catering Options

We offer two types of catering. Our Taco Bar/Buffets are perfect for parties, weddings, etc. Our Display Boxes with individually wrapped and labeled tacos are ideal for office events, meetings, school gatherings, and more.

Regardless of your desired execution, all our food and beverages will be clearly labeled to make hosting your next event easy and stress-free!

48 Hour Advance Ordering Requirement

We put a ton of effort, energy, and love into our food, and it takes time to get everything right. Therefore, please submit all catering and pre-order requests at least 48 hours in advance. 

If you have less than 48 hours until an event, please contact us at info@tacouprising.com, and we will consider every request on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively, you can submit a regular online order instead.


Available Menu Items

To accommodate as many catering and pre-order requests as possible, selections are limited to items on our catering menus. Our breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus will be available based on your selected time of day.

$125 Order Minimum

We require a $125 minimum to place any catering and pre-order request. 


Pickup or Delivery Fulfillment Options

When placing your catering and pre-orders online, you can either pick up your order or have it delivered as long as your delivery address is within our 3-mile delivery radius. 


Delivery Radius & Flat Rate Fee

To provide taco happiness in a box, we can only deliver within a 3-mile radius at this time. If you fall outside our delivery radius, kindly submit your catering and pre-order request for pick-up or email us at info@tacouprising.com to discuss options. 

We charge a $30 flat rate delivery fee for every catering and pre-order. There is no flat rate fee for catering and pre-orders placed for pickup. 

Change Order Requests

If you need to make changes to your catering and pre-order, please email us at info@tacouprising.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled date and time. 

Change requests within 24 hours that reduce the overall catering or pre-orders cannot be accommodated, BUT we may be able to accommodate additions on a case-by-case basis. 

Please provide your name, order number, cell phone, and change request so one of our Taconistas (our term for team members) can get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you again for letting us cater your event!

Cancellations

Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of the scheduled order date and time are eligible for a 50% refund. All other cancellations received 24 hours or more before the scheduled order date and time are eligible for a full refund. Please notify us mmediatelyif you need to cancel or change your catering or pre-order. 

Taco Uprising Modifications & Substitutions

If a modification or substitution is required due to ingredient availability or quality issues, we will notify you immediately to discuss a solution that best fits your needs. 

Greener Good Service Charge

We automatically add a 5% ‘Greener Good Service Charge’ onto every catering and pre-order to help us cover our sustainability efforts, including composting service, compostable to-go supplies, and more.

Tip Pooling Policy

We operate as a team which is why we pool tips with our entire staff, from cooks to servers (managers + owners not included). If you choose to add a tip to your catering and pre-order, it will be greatly appreciated and shared by our entire team.

Do you provide salsa with every catering pre-order taco?

Yes, we provide appropriate amounts of salsa with every taco. Please add additional salsas to your order if you desire more. Options include our salsa verde, salsa roja, and arbol salsa (spicy)!

How do you package your tacos for catering and pre-orders?

For Display Box catering orders, every taco is individually wrapped in aluminum foil and labeled to keep them warm and presentable. 

For Taco Bar (AKA Self-Serve Buffet) catering orders, proteins will come in pans to be kept hot in chaffing dishes, and all toppings/garnishes will be placed in appropriate containers. Everything will be clearly labeled for a seamless experience.

Can you deliver alcohol, including cocktails or beer?

Yes, we can deliver alcoholic beverages to accompany your food order. Valid identification is required for any alcohol purchases. In addition, we can deliver our mocktails, sodas, N/A beer, and drip coffee.

How do you package mocktails, sodas, and coffee?

We strive to use glass, aluminum, or paper products instead of plastic containers whenever possible. For coffee, we will select individual compostable containers or larger airpots, which we will pick up, clean, and reuse. We will discuss the beverage containers on a case-by-case to best serve your needs.

Do you use single-use plastics?

We do our best to avoid single-use plastics and instead look to reusable, or compostable containers first and only use recyclable plastic options as a last resort.

Do you provide serving utensils?

We can provide compostable plates, napkins, and utensils upon request for a minimal additional charge. You can add on any desired “Serving Utensils” when placing your online order.

How should I keep the tacos warm?

Our tacos travel well for Display Box catering orders and stay warm for a while since they are individually wrapped. 

If you don't plan to consume your tacos immediately, we recommend keeping them individually wrapped in a warm oven between 175° to 200° Fahrenheit. Never put any cardboard or paper into the oven for your safety since they are combustible. 

For Taco Bars (AKA Self-Serve Buffets), all proteins will be held hot in chafing dishes, and toppings/garnishes will be placed in the appropriate containers. Everything will be labeled for a seamless experience.

Do you offer deserts? 

Yes. We offer churros with chocolate sauce and churro cookies made by Scratch Family Bakery, another fantastic Five Points business.
