Both! We are fast-casual for weekday breakfasts, lunches, and Saturday brunch. Simply order at the counter, receive your order number, select the table of your choosing, and we will deliver food and beverages to your table.

Want to skip the line? Place online orders in advance, and we'll have them ready for you at our pickup window.

For dinner, we're full service, and we accept reservations as well as walk-ins.

Our signage and friendly Taconistas (our term for team members) will welcome and guide you through your Taco Uprising visit.

Do you take reservations? Do you have a Yelp Waitlist?

Yes, we now accept reservations for dinner (not breakfast or lunch) as well as walk-ins. Reservations can be made in advance on Yelp (RESERVATIONS LINK) or by calling us at 303-284-9560 to discuss the needs of your group.

Once you arrive, please check in at the host stand to be seated. You can check our waitlist status and remotely join our waitlist on Yelp or our website (WAITLIST LINK).

You can also place take-out orders at our to-go window. Look for the illuminated sign, a menu at the bar counter, and our friendly Taconistas to answer questions and take your order.

Do you offer delivery orders, and how can I place my order?

Yes. You can submit online delivery orders for only a $3.50 delivery fee on our website or through the Uber Eats app/website.

Do you offer catering?

Do you make your tortillas? How big are they?

Yes, we make our ~5.5” flour tortillas in-house daily. Unfortunately, we don’t have enough kitchen space to make corn tortillas, but we try to source them locally whenever possible

What type of tortilla will my taco be served on?

It’s traditional to serve Breakfast tacos on flour tortillas and Day tacos on corn tortillas. We honor that tradition by serving all of our Breakfast/Brunch tacos on flour tortillas while serving our Day tacos on corn tortillas. We’re happy to swap out any tortillas upon request.

How many tacos should I order?

Our tacos are both delicious and filling because of the larger ~5.5" flour and corn tortillas we use and the filling we put inside. We typically recommend 2-3 tacos per person.

Do you provide salsa with every taco?

Yes, we provide salsa verde with most tacos. Day taco exceptions include our Birria Taco because it comes with consomme for dipping. Breakfast taco exceptions include our Heuvos Rancheros because it's served with ranchero salsa and our Early Bird taco because it's served with chorizo gravy.

Please add additional salsa to your order if you desire more. Options include our salsa verde, salsa roja, and arbol salsa (spicy)!

Do you offer vegan and vegetarian options?

Yes, we offer quite a few vegan and vegetarian options.

Our menus include vegan, vegetarian, gluten-friendly, and spicy icons to help navigate our offerings. Please inquire about any menu items if you have any questions.

Do you offer gluten-free or gluten-friendly options?

Yes, we offer many gluten-friendly options. Please look for our gluten-friendly menu icon, ask questions, and inform us about your needs.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Yes, we can easily accommodate most allergies. We don’t serve tree nuts or seafood/shellfish at this time. We have menu items containing soy, dairy, and gluten, so please look at our menu icons for guidance and communicate with us to accommodate your specific needs.

Are you kid-friendly?

Yes, we are family-owned and operated and love to welcome families and kiddos. We have kids' menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, crayons for drawing, high chairs, kids' cups, a changing station, and stepstools in our bathrooms. We can easily accommodate strollers and have room to park bikes and scooters outside as needed.

Do you offer desserts?

Yes. We offer unique and delicious churro cookies made by Scratch Family Bakery, another fantastic Five Points business. We recommend adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream and cinnamon dust to every churro cookie for maximum dessert happiness.

How big is Taco Uprising?

Take Uprising has 40 seats, including seven at the bar and 33 in the dining room. We offer bar, high-top, and low-top tables and can accommodate parties of 2 to 12+.

Does Taco Uprising offer sustainable packaging?

Yes, we are excited to offer reusable returnable to-go containers from DeliverZero, which can easily be requested when placing online takeout or delivery orders. In addition, we're thrilled to send home any leftovers in DeliverZero containers as well.

Otherwise, we offer BPI-certified compostable to-go containers and supplies whenever possible, along with recyclable containers as a last resort.
